The four DBT skills

Clin. A/Prof. Neil Jeyasingam – PsychiatristClin. A/Prof. Neil Jeyasingam is a consultant psychiatrist with extensive experience in psychiatry and psychotherapy. He trained in Sydney and at the Maudsley in London, and holds master’s degrees in Psychiatry and Health Administration. He has over 40 publications and has held senior clinical and academic positions, including Area Clinical Director, Visiting Associate Professor at ANU, and Senior Clinical Lecturer at UNSW.



Samantha

Samantha Sofyan – Provisional PsychologistSam is a Provisional Psychologist who works with children aged 10+, adolescents and adults, supporting concerns including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationships and life transitions. Warm and collaborative, she uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT and mindfulness, with a particular interest in supporting children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioural, school and neurodevelopmental challenges.


Hessica

Jessica Rice – Clinical Psychologist & NeuropsychologistJessica Rice is an experienced AHPRA-registered Psychologist with endorsements in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology. She works with adolescents and adults across a range of psychological, neurological and complex presentations, with particular interests in trauma, emotional dysregulation, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, and post-traumatic stress. Jessica uses evidence-based approaches including DBT, CBT, psychodynamic therapy and EMDR, taking a collaborative and individualised approach to help clients better understand themselves, manage difficulties and work towards meaningful goals.



Bianna


Brianna Garratt – Registered PsychologistBrianna is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychologist who works with children aged 8+, adolescents and adults, helping clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths and work towards their goals. She uses evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness and IPT, tailoring her approach to each client’s needs. Brianna also has a strong interest in psychometric assessment and contributes to Logic Lounge’s DBT group programs for adolescents and adults.


DBT skills groups in Sydney

Ten weeks, two hours a week, in a closed group of 6 to 8 at Macquarie Park. Next intake 16 October 2026.
